Personalisation Success: Endeavour Foundation’s Partnership with Codehouse and Sitecore
The Endeavour Foundation, a 70-year-old Australian organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, embarked on a transformative digital journey to enhance user experience and engagement. Partnering with Codehouse, renowned for their "personalisation always" ethos, the foundation leveraged Sitecore’s robust personalisation capabilities to deliver a next-generation digital experience.
The Challenge: A Vision for Digital Transformation
Endeavour Foundation sought a partner who could “go beyond a rebuild” and revitalise their Sitecore platform to deliver an entry point for personalisation, testing, and optimisation. Their goals included:

Codehouse and Endeavour Foundation revisited the core Engagement Value Scale to align digital goals with organisational objectives. This was paired with a reimagined customer journey strategy that documented tactics and success metrics. Personalisation initiatives targeted key areas notably the Disability Services page, which previously featured generic content.
By introducing personalised banners and content based on user behaviour and interest profiles (e.g., Home Services, Community Services, or Work Services), the experience was tailored to align with user intent and journey stage. For instance:
• Personalised banners highlighted relevant content based on real-time user behaviour.
• Customised user pathways guided visitors to high-value assets and encouraged further engagement.
Results: The Impact of Personalisation
The initial rollout of personalisation delivered impressive results:
• A 31% increase in visitor engagement value.
• A 151% uplift in targeted interactions with personalised content.
These outcomes validated Endeavour Foundation’s transition toward an experience-focused mindset, moving beyond traditional content authoring to an innovative approach that prioritised user needs and behaviour.

Future Goals: Expanding the Personalisation Journey
Building on these successes, Endeavour Foundation is preparing for their next major initiative: a personalised brand awareness campaign. Upcoming plans include:
• Developing custom Path Analyser maps to track visitor behaviour after entering the site via campaign-specific channels.
• Enabling advanced forms to guide visitors toward relevant downloads, evolving personalisation from implicit (behavioural) to explicit (intent-based).
These enhancements aim to create a seamless and personalised journey, ensuring visitors find the most relevant content efficiently.
